Apartment moves in Denver come with unique challenges that general movers often overlook. From elevator reservations and COI requirements to narrow hallways and strict building rules, our apartment moving specialists handle every detail so you can focus on settling into your new place. We have moved thousands of Denver residents in and out of high-rises, walk-ups, condos, and loft conversions across every neighborhood.
Apartment Moving Pricing
Our apartment moving rates are the same straightforward pricing we use for all local moves. Studios start at $449 with a 2-person crew and 2 included hours. One-bedroom apartments begin at $599 with 3 included hours. Two-bedroom units start at $749 with a 3-person crew, and three-bedroom apartments or townhomes start at $949. A flat $99 travel fee applies to every move.
There are no extra charges for stairs, elevators, or long carry distances within the building. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, plus additional time at our hourly rate if the move runs beyond the included hours.
Building Coordination and COI
Many Denver apartment buildings and condo associations require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the building as an additional insured before they allow movers on the property. We provide this document at no extra charge and can have it to your building management within 24 hours of your request.
We also coordinate elevator reservations, loading dock access, and parking permits on your behalf. Buildings in LoDo, Capitol Hill, Cherry Creek, and the Golden Triangle often have strict windows for moving trucks, and our team knows the procedures at most major Denver buildings from years of experience.
